Patient Forms
Upon entering our office, our receptionist will welcome you as a member of our family. We will request that you complete our patient forms located in the New Patient Center. This paperwork provides us with your health history and information on your condition.

Consultation
Next, you will have a consultation with Dr. Krieger to discuss your health-related problems, concerns, and potential treatment options. This initial visit is designed for Dr. Krieger to learn more about you, your condition, and expectations to determine how chiropractic care can meet your goals.
Dr. Krieger will then talk with you and ask you some specific questions regarding your condition to determine if chiropractic care is right for you. If we can help you, the doctor will let you know. If we cannot help you, you will be refered to another doctor that will be able to help you the most. Nothing will be done in our office without your consent.

Examination
After a thorough consultation in our office with Dr. Krieger, you will have a complete chiropractic examination. This will include testing your reflexes, your ability to turn and bend as well as other standard orthopedic, neurologic, postural, and physical examinations. A state of the art computerized spinal scan (surface EMG) will also be performed to obtain important information. The doctor will gain valuable information regarding your condition so that a better understanding can be made of how chiropractic can help you.

X-Ray Studies
Depending on your specific condition, we may take X-rays as well. X-rays help us develop the most effective treatment plan for you, and alert us of any serious spinal conditions. Not only do x-rays help us rule out more serious conditions or assist us in developing the most effective care plan for you, but they act as a "road map." They provide the specific information necessary to make corrective adjustments so that every patient is able to reach their desired outcome in the shortest time possible and with the least possible expense. Most people are amazed once they see their x-rays and can often immediately identify their misalignments and degeneration themselves.

Report of Findings
Once the information is collected and examinations are performed, Dr. Krieger will give you a detailed report of all findings and answer any questions including:
- How can you help me?
- How often do I need to come in?
- What will my treatment cost?
After we have gathered all the necessary information from your examination and x-rays, the doctor will carefully review all the facts of your specific case. He will then present to you his Report of Findings, which will explain the cause and reason for your pain or problem. A treatment plan for getting you well will be discussed at this time as well. You will find that Dr. Krieger's Report of Findings and Reccommended Action Plan is the most thorough and informative that you will ever receive.

Treatment
At the conclusion of your report of findings, you can choose to experience your first treatment. This may include spinal adjustments, physical therapy, rehabilitative exercises in our gym and/or soft tissue massage. Treatment is interactive, so you can express concerns about the different styles of treatment anytime.
Most of our patients begin to see results from the very first adjustment. Our special gentle yet effective alignment of the spine and body is interactive with the patient, gentle enough for kids (they love us), yet able to restore function and movement for the athlete and senior.

Wellness Program
Prior to leaving, the doctor will suggest a wellness program to incorporate outside of treatment. If you are in pain when you first come into our office this may include: ice or heat application instructions, certain activities or positions to avoid, and at home exercises and/or stretches. If you desire, our wellness team will work with you also to create healthy habits and routines for your lifestyle. Every person is unique, therefore everyone requires a customized wellness plan. The purpose of our wellness program is for you to achieve good spinal alignment, have a healthy diet, exercise, and maintain a positive mental state with less stress.
